Deleting your data
mind² ECHO stores your meetings only on your device. You stay in control — every piece of your data can be removed from within the app itself. Here is how.
Delete your cloud account
If you turned on cloud features, an anonymous account on our server holds your consent records. Removing it deletes that server-side data as well (GDPR Art. 17).
- 1Open mind² ECHO and tap the settings icon.
- 2Under “Account”, tap “Delete Account”.
- 3Confirm in the dialog that appears.
Delete a recorded meeting
Recordings, transcripts, reports and mind² profiles live only in the app’s local database — they are never uploaded to a server.
- 1On the home screen, tap “Archive” to open your list of meetings.
- 2Swipe a meeting sideways to reveal the delete action.
- 3Tap delete and confirm.
Remove the app entirely
Uninstalling removes the app together with every meeting stored on your device.
iOS Touch and hold the app icon, tap “Remove App”, then “Delete App”.
Android Touch and hold the app icon and drag it to “Uninstall” — or open the Play Store, find mind² ECHO, and tap “Uninstall”.
